Some dates run sour, ours just naturally crystallize!
Crystallization can happen because of the dates we use to sweeten the nuttiness in our bites! Worry not, it is all just part of the deliciousness.
Even nuttiness sometimes needs a fresh start!
We like to keep things as fresh as possible. Our current "Best By" shelf life is 6 months. We have some of our bites on the shelf for some real time shelf-life testing, and we will let you know exactly how many days it takes to get to the "no fresh" zone!
In the meantime, if you have some PB at hand we recommend you enjoy them by or shortly after (7-10 days) the "best by" date for optimal freshness and enjoyment.
